Summary:
This hybrid role supports both classroom care activities and transportation needs of the center. The Room Assistant/Driver helps provide a safe, nurturing environment for children and assists with transport before and/or after program hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers and nurses with daily room activities.
Assist with child supervision, engagement, and hygiene needs.
Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Drive center vehicle for pick-up/drop-off routes as assigned.
Ensure safe loading/unloading of children.

Qualifications:

Experience working with children preferred.
Valid NJ driver’s license; clean driving record.
Ability to lift, assist, and support children as needed.
