Primary Purpose:
The Lead CNA serves as the main liason between the Unit Manager/Nurse Supervisor and the CNAs. Main duties include training new CNAs, monitoring CNA assignments, and rallying the team to provide quality service.
Shifts available: 3-11 and 11-7

Primary Purpose:
The Lead CNA serves as the main liason between the Unit Manager/Nurse Supervisor and the CNAs. Main duties include training new CNAs, monitoring CNA assignments, and rallying the team to provide quality service.
Shifts available: 3-11 and 11-7
Specific functions:
- Assist residents with their personal care needs
- Ensure CNAs are able to complete their assignments
- Coach the team members in providing quality service that is aligned with the values of the company
- Ensure a pleasant environment for residents and their family members
- Provide orientation and review of clinical skills to help develop competencies of CNA peers
- Assist the Nursing Supervisor/Unit Manager in orienting and training new CNAs
- Assist in providing reeducation for CNAs that are unable to meet the standard of care of the company
- Participate in the CNA hiring process and other administrative tasks as needed
- Provide input to Nursing department heads for the improvement of resident care
